Victorian Terrace Richmond, 2014

This project involves the renovation and extension of an existing Victorian Terrace residence in the inner CBD suburb of Richmond. The project requires the demolition of a previous extension and construction of new bathroom, kitchen, living and dining facilities and the complete renovation of the front bedrooms. The property is under a heritage overlay with elements of the existing residence to be repaired carefully to ensure the original facade retains its original character.
