Elsternwick Renovation Extension, 2015

 

The Elsternwick Renovation Extension designed by the team at Field Office of Architecture features the following:

  • renovation to existing weatherboard edwardian residence including reconfiguration of ground floor layout

  • first floor extension with two bedrooms and one bathroom

  • silvertop ash vertical timber cladding, no stain, ready to weather

  • commercial aluminium double glazed windows

  • powdercoated steel feature eaves to first floor windows

  • vaulted ceiling to first floor rooms

  • custom joinery featuring two pack and caesar stone benchtops with solid timber shelving

  • recycled messmate timber flooring with wax polish
