Hawthorn East Extension Renovation Project, 2016
This extension and renovation in the inner Melbourne suburb of Hawthorn East is a Design and Construction collaboration between Seventy7 Projects and MODO Architecture and involves:
- renovation of existing 1920's brick residence
- demolition of existing lean to extension
- construction of open plan living / kitchen and separate study room
- high end architectural design by renowned architect Michael Ong
