Kew Townhouse Development Project, 2013

Currently under construction, this development of a vacant parcel of land in the inner eastern Melbourne suburb of Kew involves:

• the construction of 4 large dwellings;  2 double storey and 2 triple storey;
• high level finishes throughout including two pack and stone kitchen, laundry and bathrooms, miele appliances, custom solid timber staircases with glass balustrades, solid timber floor throughout, floor to ceiling doors and square-set finishes to plaster ceiling, doors and windows;
• construction over a 6m fall slope front to back;
• integrated landscaping throughout

Project is expected to be completed early 2014.
