Ivanhow Dual Townhouse Project, 2016
Commencing construction shortly, this dual town house development in the inner Melbourne suburb of Ivahoe East is a Design and Construction collaboration between Seventy7 Projects and MODO Architecture and involves:
- demolition of existing residence
- construction of two double story townhouses
- open plan living with incorporated single car garage
- first floor 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms
- ground floor brick and first floor light weight cladding
- landscaping integrated for indoor / outdoor living
Project is expected to be completed end 2016
